Medical history documents, 1776-1842.

The collection contains three medical history documents and one bound volume collected by Bernard Rosenak, M.D. It includes medical school notes of John Schrack, Jr., while he studied at Jefferson College, January 1842; a New Jersey certificate to practice medicine for Peter Vanderveer, July 1818; a receipt of March 1804 from Philip Syng Physick; and a bill from David Taylor for services rendered to men of Col. Bedwell's regiment in March 1776.
